- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are generally non-refundable.
For workshops, programs, retreats, and events:
- Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the specific offering and will be communicated at the time of registration.
- Unless otherwise specified, deposits are non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session, workshop, or retreat without prior notice does not qualify for a refund.
If Divine Journeyz by Alka needs to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date, credit, or refund where appropriate.
